Following the diet to the T. It shows on the scale, I just can't believe it, pinch me, I must be dreaming. A total of 6 lbs in three days. WOW.

Mi mejor amiga Shelly is not in the office today because she had to go to a funeral. I miss chatting with her about the diet (and other things).
101.6 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
