Ok, really bad start to the diet. I haven't gone over my daily intake often(twice in the last two weeks I think) but I am thinking I need to assess the value of what I am eating.

Work has been bad for "treats" lately, and I need to learn to say no, just because everyone else is eating it doesn't mean that I have to.

I also need to start working on bringing down the GI content of my diet, there are far too many Carb's in my dally intake.

That and an exorcise routing would really help.

I think I have basically just said that I need to start again from scratch..... hummmm, best get off my backside and make a start then really.... wish me luck, and if you want to add me as a friend, please do :) I could use some handy pointers I think.
