What a great job. Have you tried the Atkins caramel chocolate nut roll? It has 3g net carbs and is for all stages, they are super good.Keep up the good work, I'm rooting for you.

Good for you for getting under that 200. I know the feeling of wanting the break that barrier. I'm so close to being out of the 180s which means my BMI will no longer be obese. Not that I follow BMI but it would be nice of my body fat meter to no longer say I'm in the very bad column. Congrats again! It's a big step in the right direction!

Is there something that could have triggered these feelings? Have you been consuming more carbs than you think you are? Or artificial sweeteners? If you can, try eating something with a good portion of fat to it. The higher fat in your foods the more satiated you will be and the less likely you will be to cheat. But definitely eat something. Don't spend time being hungry. Hunger will only bring on weakness. You can do this. We are here for you.

I have been logging my food on a journal. I stay within my 20 net carbs everyday. I have been using different protein but using the same dressing and salad mixture everyday. I don't know what happened. I dont feel hungry. Yesterday I took my son to McDonalds and the smell of their dang fries made crazy. Maybe that was the beginning without me noticing.

BACK AWAY FROM THE PIZZA! :D Seriously... I had that last weekend and it was so not worth it. I make my own low carb pizza on the weekends. I buy the Mission whole wheat carb tortilla shells, add pizza sauce, mozzerella, pepperoni.. & whatever else I want on there and then I put it in my little toaster over and voila - pizza. Very yummy. Sometimes those cravings sneak up and I don't think it has to do with anything physical like too much sugar or anything. Maybe you are just bored. Try something new or move into OWL - try upping your carbs a bit. I know, I know, practice what you preach right..... I'm trying :D

Gosh I dont think I could actually get myself to eat it its just knowing that I love it! I so wanted to grab a fry yesterday.... my son even went to hand me one. I said no thanks I can't. Even last Saturday I made 3 pumpkin pies homemade and watched everyone have a slice. I was ok with it but now I am wondering hmmmm it couldn't be that bad if I dont eat the crust right? lol. Anyone on to my second water for the day. I got a new fridge today with ice and water on the door so maybe drinking more liquids will help ease the pain!
