recovery is in full swing now... gained a total of 8 kg and the eating disorder team want me to gain 1 more and then go back down to 66kg, so close I can do it 👍👍 feeling great and have so much more energy
67 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

its a hard slog but keep up the good work. Years ago I was in a similar situation where I had to gain weight especially if you dont feel like it but you have to be positive and stay focused. Well done again you for taking back control x
