1 day at Renfest and one day at Weston Bend state park = a lot of walking. After the day in the park, we went to O'Mally's Irish pub in Weston. When we made it to the restaurant we both ordered fish and chips. The fish was amazing, which caused me to eat too much of it. A close friend was diagnosed with diabetes, and I have been sharing information I have with her. I found a great soup recipe from one of my diabetes sources, and made it last week. It was great. Even Paula liked it. Now I have to make soup for her from one of her WW recipes.
133.8 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
