I've gained all of my weight back and then some. I had about 2 -3 straight days of bad eating, while working out at the same time, and I just can't seem to shake off the weight. I'm not understanding why I am doing so horribly, but the best part is that I am not getting discouraged. I hope to have lost a couple of pounds by weigh in time next week. Lets cross or fingers!
69.9 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
