Feeling good about starting this week on the no empty calorie challenge, espically since I lost 2.5 pounds. I am going to be strong and focused on good food and exercise.The fat secret
73.7 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
