I didn't workout at all this weekend and didn't really mess with the nutriton either. Just ate whatever the kids were eatting. ugh. You know I am more ok with this weight though then I was in a size 16. Size comfy 10s are fine,I know 8 would be better but I'm not as young any more and my body seems to like this weight. I have some muscle tone. but I can't give up either so we'll see where this week leads me. Doing low carb mon-wed to see if can rejump start the weight loss and curb the craving. Couldn't work out- oldest kid had a sleep over since there is no school and they are camped out in the room with the working dvd player. at lunch going to buy me a cheap dvd player for the exercise room.
