fasted 18 hours and did 6.2 miles yesterday. body super sore didn't sleep well (Owen) and ate 2 cinnamon rolls when made them for Livi this morning. 6 is too many for once a week my body hates me this morning
68.7 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
