That’s better. OMAD but had some coffee, butter, cheese. Diner was Keto scones and beef back ribs from the crock pot.
65.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 5.1 kg a Week
