had some issues with quarantine and moving less and having access to more snack than at work. so now I'm back count my calories for a bit to right the ship. all and all cant complain almost a year on this vlchf or keto diet and not really having huge backslides
98.7 kg Lost so far: 36.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
