lets get this's Journal, 15 Oct 10

I did great today tell I went to Sam's club with my Husband... dang taste testing. My 13 month old wanted 2 taste everything. I do so much better in a controlled environment. I had already blow it so I had 2 slices of pizza for dinner. So now I'm sure I have slowed down my goal for a few days but back on it when I wake up and note to self send my Husband to Sam's and the grocery store for the next month!!
97.3 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Babies can only taste what you give them. So walk on by next time. Don't make up excuses to taste things unless it is something you really want. This is tough love. You are doing great. If it's hard, then avoid Sam's and let your husband go. You can do it.

Costco is my downfall. If you must go then eat before you hit the road so you won't be as tempted. A teenie weenie cheat isn't going to throw you off, but I'm talkin' teenie eenie weenie. Hang in there!
