Calories intake stable or less than what it should be, lots of sports 4 days this week including walking and tennis, husband been helping me with calories intake, to try and eat less. Quite happy
74.2 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
