Well just a side note, I hate not weighing in and since I'm still up a little... I'm going to record it. Since I'm starting a new weight loss exercise routine, I'll start from this and have 1.4 lbs to lose...
61.6 kg Lost so far: 20.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Crap, I did not change my weight on this weigh in... lol - after I decide to actually record it. Ah well. I get back to this and move beyond it. This is just more motivation for doing that.
