Took 2 days to get off the weekend wt gain...8-(

I've got to come up with a plan to keep me on track during the weekends. No major plans for this weekend so hopefully I can keep on track.

I've got to find my will power!
65.1 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Week ends are the hardest for me cause my husband is hungry all day. I do better if food is not around. I have no will power like I used to.
