Been working out like crazy, and following diet pretty close so a little frustrated. Ihave been doing a lot of weight training though. Just want to see results.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week

Give yourself 4-6 weeks to start seeing a change. You body has to come out of it's fight for life mode.
