Today is my 1 week exact and I have lost 8.6 lbs! I am so excited and am really doing well with changing what I eat and such. Last night I went on a 2 mile walk and I feel pretty good from it this am. Hope this all continues!!!
92.1 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
