I went on 2 walks today and I almost hit 10,000 steps on my fitbit...9,132 steps. The hubby said just walk around the house some more and you will hit it. He has been pretty encouraging so that helps a lot. Through my ups and downs he still calls me beautiful even after 16 years of marriage so that's pretty cool. I still really miss the pool and the gym but being outside has been nice too. it's been consistently sunny here in Southern California the last week so that has been nice. Maybe I will get a little color back from my walks. Not too much but a little is nice. I used to be tan year round from playing tennis but I know I have to be careful because I had malignant melanoma in 2013. I need to break out the sunscreen!!!
85.1 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 21.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
