I feel good. Just worried that I havent had a BM since I started.... whats going on?
92.6 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 22.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Be sure you're getting your 12-15 net carbs of veggies and 64 oz. of water minimum. That will help mo-o-o-ve things along!

Ya I drink 64-100 oz of water... I am peeing allllllll day! I am going to get a fiber suppliment tonight. It just scares me!! This is my first day using FATSECRET before I was on FITDAY. Hope this is better!!
