No exercise yesterday, but cleaned a woman's house for 2 and a half hours - vacuuming, dusting, 2 bathrooms, cleaning blinds and window, sweeping 2 porches, etc. So that counts a little. Today I am going back to the Scottish Dancing Class, which is definitely a workout!
