I can only assume with my weight staying stagnant that I'm adding tons of muscle. My waist measurements are showing progress so I'll have to take that as my evidence.
124.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hang in there. Think of it as weight loss in the bank. One day it will pay off if you can stick it out. Decreasing waist size and how you feel is more important than the needle on the scale.
