I am down a total of 1.2 this week. I am pleased with that, on Saturday we went out to a very nice restaurant and I had Fillet Mignon. Slow and steady is my mantra. At this pace I can certainly reach my birthday goal.
90.2 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
