OMAD yesterday. Half of a 1 pint container of Rebel ice cream, 2 eggs + 6 oz riced cauliflower all cooked with butter, and some cheese. Coffee, cream, and butter pats during the day.
65.7 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week
