9:10pm on 11-16-08 weight 255 on my way to be thinner happier and best of all healthier yay!!! and tomorrow will start me on my way to prove to my family and to myself that i CAN do it. i can take control over my health, and my life. [sometimes i wonder if my hubby wants me to lose weight. evertime i try he bring in the junk food or makes me very mad or upset so i want the comfy foods. oh boy oh boy we will have to prove to him that i matter to me and thats all that matters to me on this matter lol]
116.6 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 50.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You can do this!!! Just tell hubby if he brings it in, he will have to eat it. Once he sees you are determined, he may be more supportive.
