I'm a little bummed I had 0 weight loss this morning. I'm not used to weighing every day but it will keep me accountable so I'm going to continue to do it. It appears most of you do weigh-in every day. My Dad used to do that too and he really seemed to keep his weight down consistently so maybe their is something to it. I used to weigh once a week and for a long while I wasn't weighing at all which is one of the reasons I joined you guys.
