Woo-hoo! Another 4 pounds gone. More impressive was the improvement in body fat % -- I am now at 29.7%, officially in the 'acceptable' range and out of 'unhealthy'. My trainer said I made great progress -- I lost 1% from Aug to Sep, but almost 2% from Sep to Oct!
I want to know what would be a healthy body fat % for a woman my age (41) and height (5'5") ... after the Nov weigh-in, I will probably set a % as a goal instead of a weight number.
Measurements: Neck: 13.25 (down .25) Chest: 37 (no change) Waist: 34.5 (down .5) Hip: 37.75 (down .5) Thigh: 21.75 (down .25) Calf: 12 (down .25) Upper Arm: 11.75 (down .25) Forearm: 9.5 (no change)
Water intake for the day: 100+oz Food: Had free meals today for lunch/dinner, so that's why there's not a lot of food entered for today. Chipotle burrito ... yummy! :)
