I've been eating alright but I can't stop buying beer after work and drinking it.... it's totally undermining all my efforts!! ARGH. Why is beer so freaking good?! Must resist, completely. If I have even one then I end up drinking like 5.

Been taking a break on running, because my knees really hurt... they are starting to feel better but I'm wary of running again because they really messed up after that.... damn. Need better shoes, can't afford better shoes, so I guess I shouldn't run... :S
