Okay ... so God had to shake me up a little bit & make me realize that if I eat healthy & exercise, then I will lose weight! What a concept! ;) This week, I have tried my best to resist my carnal instincts & resist sweets! It worked! Hallelujah! =D

Dear God, please continue to guide me & destract me from the foods that I do NOT need! AMEN!
70.6 kg Lost so far: 29.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
