damn, but I know why. ate 2 pieces of Easter candy yesterday and a tiny slice of cheese pizza and cinnamon toast crunch and hardly drank my water. I didn't want to record today's weight but I need to see how easily I can creep back up. all these sneaky cheats have to stop!
