Weight loss seems to be plateauing out. I'm losing very slowly right now, even though I'm keeping calorie intake down, and exercising a bit.
130.6 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 54.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
