I didn’t expect this increase. I made some tasty Keto pancakes: eggs, coconut flour, blueberries. My portion had 1/4 cup of blueberries. But it was very good and wifey loved it!
66.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
