This is my first post on here. I've been using the app for a few months now and love it. I started working out last year in mid December and wasn't losing much weight because I wasn't eating healthy yet. I started using this app to track my calories and macros and it has made a huge difference.
When I started exercising in December I weighed about 272 lbs and had a 42" waist. When I started using this app I weighed in at 269. It has been 3 months now since I downloaded Fatsecret and really sticking to a healthy diet. I weighed in at 238 lbs (31lbs lost!) and I had to buy new jeans because I've lost 4 inches off my waist. I still have another 30 to 35 lbs to lose but I'm getting there.
While I don't normally post, I do read other people's posts and weigh-ins which has really helped me stick to this and I wanted to say thank you.
