I guess a .7 loss is better than a gain or no loss at all. I ate very well this week, but I didn't eat the best pre-weigh in foods last night which probably caused me not to lose as much as i should have. We have our annual pre-thanksgiving, thanksgiving tomorrow which is an all day eating/drinking/playing event - good thing the weigh-in is today as i'm sure i'll add a few lbs tomorrow
97.7 kg Lost so far: 18.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
