Well, after a very heavy eating and drinking weekend, I have put on about 5 temporary pounds. NO BIG DEAL! Time to regroup and lose the 5 pounds this week. I will cleanse tonight which will get about 3 pounds from my digestion system and then lose 3-4 more pounds of fat this week.

HOW?

Increase water and protein intake. Eat more regularly (6 times a day), Stay at 1500 Calories a day and burn an additional 500 calories on top of my normal 3,300 a day that I am doing now. This will mean an extra run at night with some additional calisthenics. Double workout days this week!
87.2 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I love your positive spin! Your advice is greatly appreciated and I hope you don't mind, but I will be following your plan closely. The problem for me is I KNOW how to eat right and exercise, but when I fall off track I get discouraged...but NO MORE! High Water and Protein and Exercise is my new focus :D Tnx buddy!
