The IF has made the most difference, I feel like my body isn’t constantly digesting, but Is rested and my skin feels less tight. I’m fitting into old clothes.. I never thought my this would be possible. I’ve gotten so used to calorie counting and it’s really helpful.. both logical ways to lose weight.
