Still haven't lost any weight since Sept 21...getting frustrated but at least I am keeping it off. I have lost some inches and am holding steady at 292. I need to get back into my exercising. It has been a very stressful week and rather than exercising I have been sleeping as soon as I am home.
132.4 kg Lost so far: 14.5 kg.    Still to go: 46.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Just keep working your diet and you'll start losing again soon! I stalled for a week this past month, and I know it can get you down some. But eventually the scale started to move, and I focused on the little differences in my body and got through the plateau! You can do it too! I'm sorry the week was so stressful, maybe next week will be better. :)
