37.5, 25.5, 36.5, 22, 21.5 - Swing Sensations! I bought a new scale (which calibrates better than my old one, alack, and accounts for the three pound difference in "my weight" over one day). I bought it because it purported to tell me interesting things like muscle and body fat composition and while I'm skeptical of those features, it seemed like a nice way to track overall fitness when I'm retaining water. Of course, I have been completely unsucesful programming my scale and can maybe get a reading of myself as a 5 foot tall 30 year old man, instead of a 5'10 almost thirty woman. Ah well. At least it's pretty and I figured out how to shift it from kilograms to pounds.

Haven't taken a day off from my morning workouts in a while and am wondering if I should soon. I've added the forty minute walk to work and then school and the whatever extra flights of stairs without any real change in exercise levels or eating, so I suspect I should be a little nicer to myself. Something about working in an office has definitely got my stomach constantly churning. I think before I started my externship I was so nervous that I wasn't really able to eat much and now that I've gotten into the groove, the appetite is raging back. Unfortunately I never seem to pack enough food to be satisfied and I'm not sure how much of the hunger is boredom and how much is genuine.
