Today needs to be "back to basics" day, before all my hard work of the past three years start slipping away. On 20 Feb i had a huge shoulder operation, and i think the pain meds, combined with a lot of anti inflammatories, have started taking its toll on my appetite. So, from today: 1) Input every single calorie that goes into my mouth (jip, even lemonwater) 2) stick to my macro nutrient goals of 20:30:50.......maybe even 10:30:60 3) start moving, even though my shoulder is still giving me a lot of pain and discomfort. i really need to stay under 51,5kg, if i want to get through winters temptations of eating more calories, in the form of comforting banting stews, and butternut soup😊
