My morning wt. this morning at 144.8 this morning was a surprise as I ate enchilada casserole last night at my SIL's home. Spent 5 hrs in the car driving so not much physical activity either, so I'm pleasantly surprised. Not much of a change on the scales for the challenge but I'm not giving up.
65.7 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
