I went on my cruise. It was AMAZING! I did not moniter what I ate most of the time. I was more active then usual and did not drink enough water. I know part of this is most likely water retention as I feel bloated.
I am trying very hard not to stress over this, but its difficult. I wanna say if only I hadn't ate that bread,or if only I didn't have that mixed drink...
I had fun and enjoyed myself, but now its time to get back on the game plan. Gotta stay focused on the goal!!

BY the way, I looked GREAT in my pictures compared to 6 months ago!!! :)
126.6 kg Lost so far: 23.1 kg.    Still to go: 36.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Yeah I would guess that 3 days of water drinking will drop 5 or6 lbs in a snap. I am glad that you had a good time on your cruise. I have always wanted to take one.. maybe some day I will.

You'll have to post some pictures. I remember my last cruise I was in a perpetual state of fullness and one of my goals is to wear a bikini on my cruise in January. We'll see. But the important thing about vacation is to take a break from life (even the healthy part) and getting back to reality when you get back. Glad you had a great time!
