So back to square one! 😭 My hormones and thyroid got tested on Monday, ‘cause something is really wrong! I just keep gaining! 😫 Still waiting on results...in the meantime, sticking to my dietician’s guidelines and trying to keep up my exercise...and praying...Hopefully we’ll have some answers soon.
66 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
