time to get serious again. ive put on
a couple of pounds mostly due to bad eating and poor eating regime. Goal: 5 pounds this week.
86.5 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
