Ok, so looking back at your journal entries it looks like your naughtiness on the 14th has caught back up with you. However don't be discouraged, remember that it takes several days to get your body back in to ketosis after you take it out. If you are really serious about losing some weight I really would look into the fat fast. I lost 5lbs in a week, after the second day I didn't even crave all the junk food anymore. It was definitely what I needed to get going, and it sounds like you might be pretty carb sensitive. I know I am, and 1 bad day makes for a huge difference in a week of weight gain. Also remember that if you work out, and your muscles are sore you are probably holding water weight. I usually weigh up to 1lb more the day after a good workout. Hope this helps.
