Considering the weekend, scales remained the same as Friday's number. We had the grandkids yesterday afternoon and we faced snacks!
66.0 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The kid's snacks are so good too!! Well, really they are as we are trying to give them healthy snacks. I think it's just the constant snacking that gets to me!!!
