Up and down, up and down.
114.4 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 32.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Tonya you are sticking with it, good for you, it is going down, How are the new thyroid meds? It has not been 2 weeks yet so just give it time, Im here if you need to get anything off your chest :)

Hi Tonya, I'm doing the same as you. up and down, up and down. It would help if my husband ate the same as me, but he buys bread for sandwiches and it blows my blood sugar sky high. I get irritated at one of my friends, who is slim, she told me "all you have to do is eat less. Just use your will power." If will power worked all the time, I don't think there would be any fat people. Especially people like us that are trying to lose weight. Will power works for a couple of days or sometimes just hours but won't work all the time. I just have to be sure I don't get so hungry that I over do it. Sometimes the craving just won't go away. I wish there was a magic pill, but there isn't, so I will just keep plugging along... up & down, up & down. Hoping that it is mostly down. Maybe down 2, up 1?? We'll get it done...right?
