I ate junk all last week and didn't work out... so of course it's way up.
85.3 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.5 kg a Week

It is okay. Most of it will be sodium retention. Always remember, you don't gain weight overnight from one or two days on a caloric surplus. Try increasing your protein to 1 gram per body weight. Also, ad 1 gram or carbs per bodyweight. Keept the fats to a minimum. Once you increase your lean protein to aa gram per body weight, you will see results over a couple of weeks. Keep up the hard work.

Yeah, I managed to get back down pretty quickly, but I'm still on a plateau at 183. I'm getting frustrated - probably definitely need to work on more protein and reducing fats. Thanks for the positive motivation. :)
