Maybe if I semi fast during the day, I can eat all of the foods tonight 🤔

Fasting is great!! But pick 3/4 healthy foods and 1/4 indulgent or a crave food and stop when full. You might even find the indulgent food goes out the window here and there☺️♥️💜♥️
