Too much salt yesterday (crispy minis, shoyu, sweet pickled pork, mustard... man it adds up) plus I use an old scale-that I like using personally, so in the interest of honesty I'm back up to 220-but I'm not up set about it at all.

I am still under my DRI each day, I know it because I log everything that enters my mouth, I exercise and drink lots of water, what more can I ask of myself? Life is good...I love the fall season.
99.8 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 34.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
