Staying the course. I love IF it is giving me the results I want. The 140’s are looking near and I feel excited. For all you runners out there, for me, it is like hitting the wall (slow weight loss) and then continuing to keep the pace as my body begins to fat burn I’m able to pick up the pace again. I am happy.
