Computer finally back on track, had to install new hard drive. Was able to sneak in a few minutes at the office to at least keep my food journal current. Glad to get back to journaling.
118.0 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 45.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
